Board of TRUSTEES & GOvernance
The organization has a fully functioning Board of Trustees whose main role is to solicit funding and resources and establishes operational policies, guidelines and provides strategic direction of the organization. The organization’s day to day activities are overseen by the Secretariat and Field Operation Offices. The National Secretariat is under the responsibility of the Executive Director supported by other three [3] members.
A. Concy Dianah
A Concy Dianah was born in 1998 in kitgum district, Uganda due to the war in South Sudan, we migrated to Gulu District where I enrolled and completed my Primary Leaving Certificate Uganda martyrs primary School in 2010. In 2014, I did my Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at Y.Y Okot Girls Memorial College. In 2016, I did my Uganda Advance Certificate of Education (UACE) at kitgum high school. In 2022, I completed Bachelor Degree in science education (agriculture) from Gulu University.
Between 2017-2019, I served as the welfare manager northern Uganda student’s debate forum, again promoted to the position of relations officer. In 2019 I was appointed deputy chief adjudicator to host and judge in the second edition of the regional debate championship. In June 2022, I got a position as a fellow teacher leader with teach for Uganda working in rural and low income communities which is marginalized. Currently am serving as the program manager with women relief organization in South Sudan reaching out to young women and children in crisis in the marginalized areas of South Sudan.
Personal’s objective is to strive for challenging opportunities with personal’s abilities which include; high degree of personal integrity, ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, ability to implement community programs which aims to solve problems affecting women and children, ability to monitor organization’s program accordance to work plans and design solutions to overcome the false in the project, ability to conduct regular field visits to project sites on demand and produce standardized report, and ability to work in multicultural environment and handle multitasks works, ability to show high level of humility and compassion to the project participants, humane and commitment to work.
Ataro Christine AOL,
Ataro Christine Aol was born in 1971. I enrolled and completed Primary Leaving Certificate in Achol-Pii Army Primary School in 1979. In 1980, she did Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at Y.Y. Okot Girls’ Memorial School. In 1985, she completed her Uganda Advance Certificate of Education (UACE) at Nsambya Hillside High school. And Christine has a bachelor degree in Records/Data and Archives Management (BRAM) from Makerere University at East African School of Library and information Sciences, College of Computing and information Sciences obtained in 1989. She has experienced in medical records and financial management.
Others trainings undertaken include; Tally system software training, Quick book software, Empowerment of girls’ child education training, Water, hygiene and sanitation about girls’ child education training.
Currently, Christine is serving as Data Clerk with SINCO Medical Supplies South Sudan, between August 2019 to June 2020; Charity served as Admin Assistant/Receptionist with Life link Medical Centre South Sudan. Between January 2019 to July 2019, Christine served as Data Clerk/Assistant Administrator with Kapoeta secondary school and Hope South Sudan. From June to August 2014, she also worked as Internship with St. Joseph’s Hospital Kitgum records department.
